Hello Fearlessians,
I would like to start off by sincerely apologizing for what I have done.
It was a wrong choice and a very bad approach to address an issue that had been around for too long.
On to the actual unban request.
Chapter 1. The discovery
I was playing on the Fearless servers a long time ago, when [FL:RP]Helen (now known as DecayXV) abused hydraulics on a vehicle.
Me being relatively new, I was intrigued and eventually, I was taught how to do it by Helen.
Eventually, a ban-request (on a horrible minge infested night on V33X) lead to a ban for abusing hydraulics.
I still disagree with this ban, as I was not the one shooting the hydraulics back then. (Link to specific thread: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=14225)
I did, however, stupidly stand up for a person who betrayed my trust.
I was somewhat blackmailed by Temar into admitting to doing something I did not do, to get my ban lowered.
Sadly, the video is now unavailable and this ban will most likely never be removed from my record.
A while after all this, I reported the hydraulic exploit on the forums, in this specific section:

The thread is titled "A few bugs" or something similar. If administrators are unable to find said thread, use the search button and type in "Salinsky".
Chapter 2. The fight against minges
At this point, I've overcome my mingy -new to RP- self and actually started RPing. I got the hang of the gameplay, how to RP and I had a burning desire to teach others and keep minges away.
My report on the Hydraulics exploit has yet to be reviewed, but as there was hardly anyone abusing it at this point, I didn't really mind.
Eventually, it got to a point where people started abusing it again. I contacted [FL] Killjoy and [FL]Temar on Steam on numerous occasions and explained to them my concern about this exploit.
I explained exactly how it worked and I told them what it could do.
It could:
- Pin a car to the ground and propel the vehicles uncontrollably into the air, or crowds of people. What ever got in its way.
- Make any building with sliding doors unbreachable by ticking the "Fixed" box.
- World to entity (for example weapons)
- World to other people's props
- World to ragdoll
- World to pot
- World to seed
I experimented with this bug in the build server, so that I could give all the information to Killjoy and Temar.
The bug was, to my utter frustration, never fixed.
Chapter 3. Die a "hero" (villain)
As you may or may not know, I've been a moderator on Fearless. I was once demoted for heavily modifying a Hummer, but later reinstated to continue my duties.
I felt obliged to resign when real life issues were getting the better of me. I feared it would affect my moderating duties.
After seeing a psychiatrist (who helped me a lot), I asked Killjoy if I could get back on the team.
He refused, so I continued as being a regular member again.
Catching countless rulebreaks on recording and making banrequests.
A rather common offence was the hydraulics abuse, so I started contacting Killjoy again regarding the issue.
Again, to no avail.
When I got sick of all the mingery, nasty comments on my moderating past and ignorance from the Fearless staff, I decided that I'd show them that the hydraulic abuse was no hoax, no joke, but a serious exploit.
I decided that I would get a permanent ban, by drawing server wide attention to the aforementioned exploit.
I went on a rampage on V33X, the server I once loyally kept clean of minges.
I've heard rumors that the Hydraulic abuse is no longer possible, so if this is true, my plan worked.
However, I now think that the "sacrifice" was too great. I can't count the amount of times I've been lurking here on the forums, trying to contact SoulRipper and who ever I could reach.
My last conversation was with Fultzy, via forum PM.
After that, I decided that I would take my time to write an unban request and have someone else post it for me.
Chapter 4. My Forum account
After feeling betrayed for not being allowed back on the Staff, I lashed out at SoulRipper.
I got very mad, considering I invested a lot of time and effort into this server, as it deserved no less than my all.
In my lashing out, I was harsh, reckless and careless in my choice of words.
I would like to apologize to SoulRipper for that, as I compared him to Hitler, and I really do hope he will be willing to forgive me and unban my forum account.
Chapter 5. Convincing you
Please note, I'm not trying to jump the gun here, I am just trying to show my willingness to do just about anything to get even so much as a chance to come back.
I've thought long and hard about a way to convince you, but nothing really satisfactory came to my mind.
I've seen people being unbanned under certain conditions, for example a blacklist.
I'm willing to give up all of my RP points (yes, all 28 of them) and take any blacklist you want to apply, just to be able to get back on here.
I'm truly sincerely sorry for what I've done, I felt very betrayed and I took every wrong action I possibly could to get rid of that feeling.
I hope you're willing to at least consider an unban.
