I did inform you about you breaking FearRP before I issued the ban.
Wither you think the officer failed to communicate with you or not you still don't break FearRP.
Situation was simple. An officer told you to get out of the car and you didn't he pulled a gun on you telling you to get out, then you didn't do what he said when clearly gave you many orders to get out of the car, therefore breaking FearRP.
General Rule 13.
Follow FearRP. You can't attack a person who has a gun (or tazer) pointed at you, while you are unarmed, you must roleplay being afraid of the gun.
Street Crime Rule 3.
Just because you are a criminal you can not RDM, random raid or break other rules.
I don't see why you should be unbanned.
