You wanting a new start and spawning cars in the air to kill people is hardly a good reason to do so.. If you wanted to start on a new account then you didn't have to propkill and just ruin everyones experience. This attitude says alot about you.
This was a blatant rulebreakage where you targeted the innocent players of this community.
You had 8 previous bans and this would become your 9th.
After this, you broke our rules and Terms of Service by double-accounting.
I do not support your unban at all, and I'm strongly against you being given another chance. You've done enough damage in my eyes.
