Those are the logs. It shows very clearly that you did infact disconnect to avoid being hostaged. Now, you could have used local OOC to tell them that you needed to go but disconnecting is not a way to do that, as soon as they un-hostaged you so you can pay them you've sent a /radio message to the government saying that you're hostage by the corleones.
