I also saw this car while on V2D yesterday,  It majorly lowered the suspension, so if it had been hit it could have caused a major incident/problems with the props going everywhere and colliding with the car.

I'm guessing you had admin permission for these props, but I would have guessed that the props would have needed to be welded to ensure that it didn't cause lag because of the prop collisions with the car.

You are not allowed to put props onto your vehicle, welded or not, without prior administrative permission, and considering the fact that there was no staff on at the time, I find it hard to believe that he got permission to do this.
