I can confirm this; I was the officer trying to arrest him.
Me and another officer were doing a cop RP, checking if people were drinking and driving. We saw this man driving recklessly so we pulled him over to check him, but he refused to collaborate. Then he tried to run away, but after we catched him he decided to reconnect.
