I can forward this claim if this person's rule breakage as I was involved with this situation. He was constantly arguing in OOC about how my government was corrupt (I was the President at that time) and as well as constantly PMing me saying that I will die..

Note : in the last picture I've told him that he broke General Rule 6 because he was a cop and he was shooting randomly. (He also said that in a PM to a player named DrunkPuto)
Considering the fact that he said "I don't mind being banned" in one of Equal's pictures and saying "I'm lazy" when I suggested him to read the rules I don't think this player is here to RP.
