It depends on the area for instance. If there is a One-Sided or Full Blocked window, it is a bit of a fail to rp as how would they actually know with full blocked windows and with one-sided props that would count as a doomfort sort of thing as you will be able to shoot them and the others can't. If it is a plainly open window then it is not failrp but it can be a bit unfair. It's not breaking any rules but it can get unfair depending on the area. Hoped this helped and made some sence.

It was a world prop window, fully visible on both sides.
Then it will not be failrp at all. It would just be at an unfair advantage to the people in the building ^^
