As the video linked to in the BR is rather unclear, I would like, as a witness, to supply evidence from a different angle. I was recording because of the taxi driver that had been run over, and I wanted to catch any person, who might step on him for the amusement it apparently is, in the act. Coincidentally an officer (poster of this BR) was RDM'ed in the background, and I believe that my video shows the name of the accused person and his actions much clearer.
