SteamID: [SG] Ouass STEAM_0:0:96821074 (Not sure if this is his steamID cause he has [SG] here and not [FL:RP] but thats the only one I've found)

Summary: The guy posted a ban request about someone breaking fearRP but in his video you can see that he is breaking a rule as well. Here are the rules he broke
Hostage Rule 8 : "You may not hostage people in the streets,"
Street Crime Rule 1 : "You may only commit street crime in realistic areas"
Street Crime Rule 2 : "Do not commit crime in plain sight or under the eyes of multiple witnesses"
