If i recall correctly the reason why it was a perma as your first offence was that you had almost no hours on FL, you had joined and right from the get go started to smash and slam everything you could to kill as much as you could before being caught.
You had not joined FL to RP, nor was it a common or unknown mistake made by a member of the community such as an accidental CDM or grey area raid, you were here simply to cause chaos and to ruin everyones time on FL and it was blatently obvious.
