I entered the city around 26MPH, he stopped me and said all in caps "Get out!" so I got out, he tazed me and cuffed me and stood on my body(from 100hp >39HP) and shot me once in the leg(6HP) and said the speed limit was 40mph and that he was going to arrest me and take my car, I was driving with my friend and he said I wasnt going over either, during this there was a guy with his MP5 out in KFC beside us and he went in there, my corleone friend untied me and I got away. but thats failcopping and some sort of random abuse isnt it?
