Summary: I got arrested by Auston, After i spent my time in jail i went to go retrieve my car. To only find it had a "Boot" on it. I asked the officer to remove it. He told me to pay. I refused to pay. Waiting to get my car i got in and out which made the "boot" go crazy and through my car and actually killed a random person.

Also i contacted an admin before doing this request to make sure it was actually against the rules. Georgetheboys reply to "Are you allowed to put a boot on a car?" was "No, this is not allowed." If any questions i have picture evidence of this conversation.
