You realize that if you earn the average salary (In the UK), you're amongst the top 0.88% of people in the world in terms of Wealth? So the chances are, you're the greedy 1%.
Only considering the western world, no.
Putting the average UK wage and comparing with African wages is absolutely stupid, most citizens have less than 1000 dollars of income yearly in West Africa, possibly worse other places in Africa.
