Summary: Apparently he was stealing cars and CDMing people all day but nobody could get him doing it recorded as he stayed in the cars or killed himself. The reason we are telling him to get out is because he tried to CDM the pres on the dock but luckily he fell of the edge, the car he was in was randomly stolen. After IiXxCoYz demoted him after several reports he vanished, this is our only evidnce it was him but IiXxCoYz took screenshots of the demotion. He then denied all rule break in OOC and asked why he was demoted.
