I like that you've made a constructive post about the community, but I'd have to disagree on a specific point.
I do not feel the server is a "pay to win". For starters, the server is an RP server: You don't need tons of money to RP. However, if you do want money it is still not pay to win, because as stated it is very easy to get money by contra-whoring - but this is just my opinion.
