1. 1st pic clearly shows that he has sniper on hands (why the gun dealer is carrying sniper if he is not allowed raid?? unless he is just RDMing people with it) and he is on the roof where you can't get without props (why he is on the roof when he should be on the street level selling guns and ammo?)
2. 2nd pic it show there is 2 gundealers online and the other has so low playing hours that he doesn't have money to buy tranq
3. You can look from the logs that he was shooting with it
