Okay, no. After you stole the camera, I chased you then you did stop and I had a tazer pointed at you, then you blatantly broke FearRP and ran away, leaving me chasing you for about 20 seconds. Eventually, I took out my M4 and pointed it at you, as you were out of range of the tazer, you didn't seem to care, got into your car, at one point, your car was physically right next to me when the gun was pointed at you. You then decided to keep driving. So, I shot at the car, to which you stopped, got out and stood still. I kept the gun trained on you and slowly moved in when you decided to get back into the car then try and drive off again, which is when I shot to kill.
