I dont understand how someone could defend this.
It doesnt motherfucking matter whether he did it on purpose or not...

100 people dead is what it is. No reasoning is going to bring the dead back and no reason is going to make the friends and families of those who are now gone, feel any better.

He doesn't deserve a court date, he deserves to go burn in hell with Osama.
