If the issue hasn't fixed itself already by now, try joining directly via the console.

Type the following in the console to join:
"connect 176.31.228.8:27015" (V2D)
"connect 176.31.228.8:27030" (V33X)
"connect 176.31.228.8:27035" (V2P)
