I have had buddy (my budgie) for about 3 years now. He is 3 years old. About a month ago, he began to pluck out his feathers. At first I thought he was over-moulting. But he wasn't. It wasn't a parasite, either. I thought it might be loneliness, so I put a mirror in his cage and talk to him alot. But that did not stop it. Then, I suspected hormones. So I bought some medicine and put it in his water. That didn't work. I have been to the vets. If anybody knows what it might be or how to fix it, then a bit of advice would be nice. Thank you.
