The presidency ismore partial to be a dictotorship in all ways - you cant vote them in or out, you do what they say or you face arrest and they can enforce new laws at any time. However, all presidencies are different some put down no laws (with parm laws in effect) - some taw whore - some disable taxes. Were all different in our presidencies.
