I generally got 8mbs on Steam, however I have seen a slowdown too at MAX 3.5mbs, and it is really pissing me off.
I've changed download regions multiple times.

Metabits you mean? 250 mbdl is rather overkill.

And even that is overkill. 25mbdl aswell is very nice. The way I believe it works is that 35mbdl is the MAX you can get, (and good luck getting it.). That's some fine internet you have there, sir.
