Summary: Matt_warrior88 has blocked all the road tunnels leading to / from the city, without explaining himself. Note that he wasn't a government member at all.I only was able to take one screenshot as my game crashed shortly after taking the screenshot and he removed his barricades. Worst thing about the whole thing he denies it.
