you should also really talk to Soul Ripper about adding the rues you just made up in the actual rules....
No continue to argue with me cause im the one who knows the rules here ok... See maybe you should put in the rules if you are cuffed by an officer you cannot run. But it is not therefor there is no way i could have broken a rue that deosn't exist and if you insit on it existing how can i know not to break a rule i cannot see in the rules that number 2 hostage rule clearly shows it has nothing to do with being arrested so don't try to twist the rules on me.
