Summary: Relogging to get his car back. EOD was driving wreckless a lot and tried to CDM people including me. when i saw this as an officer i went in persuit and told him to pull over. i got out of my car to make him stop and told him to pull over, he then tried to CDM me so (after several warnings) i told him i had to shoot if he didnt stop (since he was a danger for me and other citizens). he didnt listen so i shot his car, as a result he died and the car was wrecked (not 100% sure about the wreck). After his death i tried to impound it but he just relogged to get it back.
Unfortunatly i dont have the evidence for attempted CDMing or breaking FearRP (since he didnt get out) but i have the proof for relogging.

As seen here i was not the only one having problems with him... he was minging around in my opinion
