The ladder was approved whilst being a fireman for strictly roleplay purposes. You used it to access an unaccessible part of the map as another class, with no sufficient roleplay reason nor approval to do it at the time. You need approval for each spawn, seeing as you've changed job, you can't assume that the permission to use it is still existing.

You spawned the ladder, used it maliciously and thus you broke the rules. The suspension is justified, as your actions are in breach with Fearless regulations.
