Summary: I ask for a warrant so I can impound k9smart's car; And as soon as the president grants it, He logs off, And return few seconds after.
He either did this to get rid of his warrant.
Or, He did it to get his car back, Since he was a corleon, he just respawn, And his car was in the City. ( Being impounded )
