You were CDMing someone intentionally and afterwards you said it was because he was prop killing. Punishing someone for breaking the rules is Backseat administrating, and is not allowed.

I wanted just to alert you so you could ban him so I ran over him, its not backseat administrating...

It is in fact backseat administrating to punish someone for prop killing, which you said you did. If you wanted to get my "attention", then you should have used @, not dealing with it yourself.
