Summary:He spawned his car on top of people, drove away and put it back in his inventory. Then he'd do it again at one point actually killing a fireman.

No i didn't, i never tried to kill anyone or spawn in their cars, ppl walk and stand on the road not my problem that's all, me and solklar was driving eachothers cars that's why i changed to my golf and truck and bmw, and him to his ferrari and citroen, he wanted to try my faster cars cause he will probably eventually buy one, if you stand on the road that's not my problem...
