Not sure what Tandy uses, however MyFloodify and I use a professional program called Photoshop to initiate and complete our orders. I'm sure I speak for the both of us when I say we complete orders we recieve on a fairly quick basis, but come to the conclusion that life does come before videogame signatures. I've honestly been slacking a bit due to tough work hours (and when I get home I just wanna relax and talk to some community members), however I try to get a few out whenever I can.
