To be perfectly honest, all the admins/mods are great (except that George guy, no idea who he is Tounge) , obvioulsy people will have preferences but be honest, they all earned their positions because of certain qualities. And speaking from experience (i have been administrator on 2 team fortress 2 communities) its a hard and sometimes frustrating and yet rewarding job.
