I think that would be slightly unfair, there could be a just reason for missing out. If that would be put on, increase the time slightly.
You know some times I have to (because my parents are vegetarian they don't like touching meat.) run out and prepare the meat for myself and put it in to sprint back only to find (if that was implemented) I'm demoted. (FYI I have never done the above as president.)
