he then reconnected due to issues with car? what is problem, was his car in someone elses possession? was he avoiding RP?

I wasn't in any RP situation at all. My car flipped from the hills near the lake and the mirror, it looked like, clipped through the ground. You know, where it's stuck under the map and slides around? And It was my own car. I died from trying to push it towards the cave barrier in an attempt to de-spawn it as an alternative to disconnecting.
