Summary:
I walked up to the bp to see the letters "Health". I thought there was a doctor in there, but when I entered, it was a medic with his own little shop, abusing his medkit to make money on top of his already generous check from the government. Multiple people died out (7 in exact) due to him taking his time building his shop. He didn't respond to his calls, was careless, and stayed in one place.
