It wasn't random, but even in case that it was you'd not be allowed to disconnect with the only purpose to get it back. We took your case seriously, but you refused to even go to the impound lot to retrieve it.
NONE EVER SAID to go to impound lot. NEVER ! when I asked can I take my car from garage because it was randomly impounded SRU said " No "

What about common sense? Your car was impounded, and you were aware of that. I don't see how you wouldn't figure out yourself that you'd want to go to the impound lot.

I cant go to Nexus garage to get impunded car ! I WOULD GET ARRESTED ! and I always come to Lobby to Nexus desk and ask someone
