Negative and Neutral reputation points?

I used to post on a forum that would limit the overall amount of rep (or negative rep) you can give to your overall behaviour on the forums. I forget how it works exactly, but if FL were to have this sort of thing implemented (maybe one rep point per received Like? I'll have to think about that one) then it'd be far less risky to enable negative rep.

Just an idea...
