Upon checking the logs, banned player [FL:RP] Heyyy! was found not guilty.
I can apologize for this. (Logs weren't working for me when I was dealing with the BR)
Upon checking the logs further, player Bogs Bonny STEAM_0:1:68230661 was found being the player who killed a tranqualized player, and a one day ban has been given.
