I feel that spout sitting on his tower was more of helping people not get prop killed. I don't believe it was a backseat admin because he was just patrolling the city. He is a good player who can RP very well. It is true that he has 13 bans but they all haven't been that bad. I think he should get one more chance to prove that he is worthy to play on such a great server as this one.
