So i turned around fast, and ran.
Follow FearRP. You can't attack a person who has a gun (or tazer) pointed at you, while you are unarmed, you must roleplay being afraid of the gun. Rule #13 stated above.
You directly broke rule #13. Simply reading the rules would of proved to you that you broke FearRP by sprinting away. You even knew he was chasing after you with the tazer.
