As I understood the situation, he was forced to tranq you when you entered his shop armed.

What I don't get is how you think that you don't need permission or have an agreement with the shopowner, when you just decided that you were gonna enter his shop armed.
This seems as a case of confusion, and I hope that you've learned something out of this.
I still mean that you failRPed in this situation, and I would just advise for you to move on.
