Since this was originally a admin/moderator abuse thread I will bring my answer from there:
Anyways; What I got from talking with you two were:
You ran armed into a store (without being hired) and you were asked to exit as you were armed. You refused and started shooting the computers in the store (ruining a passive RP) and you got tranqed.
It's common sence that you have to be hired, as security IRL doesn't just run into people's shops while armed and just stands there and starts shooting.
I banned you for failRP because it is simply that you were commiting. I find it to be common sence that you have to have an agreement with the shopowner about you actually protecting a shop. When you end up shooting up his shop because he is threatened by your presence when you were armed in his store.. then yeah..
