A contract of peace has been signed between the Blue Suns and SemperFi

Outlined terms of the contract that was signed by a Mrs. Ruxandra Mason, acting leader of The Blue Suns

Terms:
1: The number of members that the Blue Suns has cannot reach over the number of SemperFi - Breaking this term will be considered an act of aggression.
2: Any member of The Blue Suns cannot attack a casino or nightclub that is labelled as SemperFi property - Breaking this term will be considered an act of aggression.
3: Blue suns members cannot create a casino - Breaking this term will be considered an act of aggression.
4: Blue suns members cannot attack or attempt to attack a base that has been labelled as SemperFi property - Doing so will be considered an act of aggression. (This term works both ways)
5: The Blue Suns cannot maintain an alliance with more than 2 other EvoCity clans - Breaking this term will be considered an act of aggression.

Thank you for agreeing to this pact, it will last one month unless the terms are broken or the contract is cancelled after long negotiation.
