I will be reviewing this ban appeal and taking your summary into account. The suspension reason, breaking NLR, and the events in the Nexus at that time was observed by me personally and I will now provide evidence and an account of what happened before you were suspended.

I was watching the raid on Nexus which started at about 21:42. As I observed I saw you die in the Nexus Lobby and shortly after proceeding to kill more raiders, thus re-entering yourself into the raid and therefore breaking new life rule. You were killed in the Nexus lobby, and you then proceeded to go up towards the elevator where by accident you team-kill [FL:RP] Nuka, this is the point when you kill Doctor Wolf.

I will now provide server logs which I reviewed several times before issuing a suspension.

Looking at the logs, you can see that you were killed in the Nexus lobby, and you then participate in the raid again by killing another player. This happened twice as I also saw you shooting into the Nexus after you second death, thus being another breach of new life rule.

To conclude with the evidence provided in the logs and also both alibi's given, I believe the suspension issued was just.

Alright. As shown in the logs, the ban was just. I would however like to mention the fact that several raids happened in quick succession, it was hard to figure out what to do in that situation. As such, a Catch-22, Screwed if you attack, screwed if you don't.

EDIT: Hold that retraction. Gotta look at those logs again.

Isn't the Corleone and Rebel raids different RP situations? Therefore you would have to respond to the rebel raid while being in NLR for the Corleone raid? Or am I getting confused...?
