[b]Reason why you should be unblacklisted: I'm not an idiot I know what side of the road to drive on, though I had a lag spike and was going through the tunnel, and I tried to break as you usually do when you've got lag spikes - and I accidentally clipped someone with the side of my vehicles, I'm sorry for any misunderstanding and what not. But a seven-hour black list for a pure mistake and something that can't be helped surely doesn't seem fair in my eyes. (I was going at speed).
It's not really a big deal if you decide against it; I'm just trying to exaggerate it's a pain in the rear-end for something that was an accident and that couldn't be helped.
