Telling him to suck a bag of *** is homophobic. salinsky you really need to shape up your attitude here if you wish to stay. Take that warning. This ban is legitimate. it's all in the ban request. If all this unban is questioning my integrity and saying I'm out to get you I'm going ryu close this without further discussion.

Please allow me to correct you where you're wrong.

• Telling someone to suck a bag of dícks is not homophobic language, it's slang and if found banworthy, it would qualify for "Unacceptable conduct" at the most. Looking at the context in this case, it was intended as a hefty "Shut the fúck up already" being as when I said it rather normally, he simply continued on provocatively.

I have to say this "Unacceptable conduct" I have commited doesn't seem a totally legit reason to ban me, either. Considering how as I was infact attempting to prevent the unacceptable conduct from occurring at all, as seen in the screenshots and if you'd look at them, the logs too.
If someone continues to drag a discussion onward even after you've given two clear signs of unwillingness to parttake in such events, there really isn't any wrongdoing from my side except for the "cursewords" after having been annoyed and provoked by the same person too much. If someone drags a discussion onward despite clear signs of unwillingness to parttake, then that is the unacceptable conduct, in which he disrespects my decision to not parttake in the discussion, in which he disrespects my values and in which he disrespects the server rules.
At the point someone disrespects my values, I feel it's justified to give him a very clear sign that I'm displeased with his actions and attitude toward me and I feel at that point I'm allowed to tell someone to back off, whether it be in a nice way or not.
If at this point snapping and saying "Please go suck a bag of dícks." is looked at as being homophobic, or as being the start of unacceptable conduct, there's something very wrong with the way you're handling the server and the way you review evidence in Ban Requests.
So please do check the logs, look at the context and see who actually started what before pointing a finger at me, like Dogysmash did.
In this very case, it's very true that if one finger points, three point right back at, in this case, Dogysmash.


• You're claiming I am showing a bad attitude, when all I did was be a good sport by bothering to send you a forum PM telling you that you had forgotten to ban me, after which I chose to appeal the ban because I feel it's unjust.
If anyone's attitude is bad at this point, it's yours for taking offense because I chose to appeal a ban that I feel is unjust and I am backing my claims with loose ends and possible errors.

• This ban is not legitimate, as homophobia hasn't occurred at any point on the server. Nor have I placed actual "unneeded comments" in the OOC when I was trying to get Dogysmash to stop breaking OOC rules #6 and a part of #9 and while I was trying to get him off my back, considering I was trying to have a fun RP time in my bus.
If I felt this ban was 100% legitimate, I wouldn't bother taking an hour of my time writing the Unban Request nor would I bother taking even more of my time pointing out inconsistencies and possible errors.

• That's what an Unban Request is, questioning the administrator's decision based on the Ban Reason, the circumstances on the server when the evidence was gathered and the way the administrator handled the case (in this case I find it to be done poorly).
As for the threats you're sending out, why the hostility and why expect me to just let that slide and show the full 100% respect for you afterwards?
I'm sorry to say, but I'm not a marionette, you might have the strings in your hands but that doesn't mean you will control me, ever.
I never claimed you're out to get me, but please feel free to keep that halucination in your head.
I had expected a more mature response from someone on the administrative team instead of threats, but don't worry. You won't have to drive away what's already gone, you can threaten me with bans all you'd like, fact of the matter is that I'll have to actually break rules before you can get rid of me. Besides that, I can live without an occasional hop on any of your servers.
