I have a few suggestions for you and your clan.
Try adding a couple pictures, taking FUMUKU for an excellent example. They use colors and pictures to "pizazz" their entire post.
Adding smaller and larger fonts here and there to make the more important areas or the post. (Try to bold the part where it says this thread is WIP.)
Add a backstory! Players look deep into some rich storylines that make your clan unique over the others.
Try adding an application inside of a "", so people can have an application that looks exactly how you want it to, which may result in easier application reading.
I understand that this is a WIP, but in order to get the members you wish to have, you must do the things I just recommended to draw them. Players want something unique.
