Summary: this gun dealer who had 3 hours was randomly hitting a guy with a crowbar so i asked him why as the guy was shouting that it was random, and when i asked he started hitting me, so i shot him in self defence, he then came back and shot me, that was completely breaking NLR and it had been his fault in the first place.
he was also hitting someone else (named below)
Evidence: [FL:RP] TuftyGoblin was nearly killed by the gun dealer 4 times (thats 4 attempted RDMs and over that breaking NLR! Lots of other people on the server at the time were RDMed by this gun dealer (JoniZ)
