The evidence provided in the ban request shows that you were on top of of the Nexus roof, which is against the rules since you are not allowed to be on the rooftops. In addition to that it also showed your account spamming crates from the top of the Nexus.
With regards to it being your brother, your account is your responsibility. Two rules were broken and so you were suspended. I don't see any reason to remove the suspension.
