Name of player: Was called Chell Johnson but I think he has changed his name, or at least I cant find his steam ID.
SteamID: not sure.
Time in GMT: Not sure, Quite a while ago, around at week.

Summary: I was driving around the map when I saw this, I went closer to try and tell the man it was not allowed. Then I saw it was a gun dealer! But he ran away back inside to stop me screenshotting him.
